Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead with Real Estate related tasks as necessary

• Conduct showings for buyer clients, our listings and host Open Houses

• Have solid local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighbourhood

• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

• Consistently prospect new leads and promote new business

• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

• Learn how to win the home for your buyers in competitive offer situations

• Problem solve all issues necessary to successfully reach closing

Qualifications:

• Education beyond a high school diploma

• BC Driver’s License

• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

• Professional, honest demeanour

• Self-motivated and driven

• Thrives on constant improvement

• Has a strong service mindset

• Must be coachable

• Passionate about helping clients reach their goals

• Willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone

• BC Real Estate License in good-standing

• This is a licensed position being offered, however, candidates in the Real Estate Training course will be considered
