Job Description

IPGeeks.com is looking for someone to offer Tier 2 technical support for a variety of web hosting companies.The position would be 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts, Wednesday - Sunday)Saturday/Sunday 2pm - 12am AST preferred (4pm - 12am minimum at part-time)Previous experience with the following software preferred

  • cPanel / WHM
  • Plesk
  • MySQL
  • Linux (command line)
  • Mail servers such as Exim, PostFix, Courier, Dovecot
  • WHMCS
  • Wordpress
Responsibilities:
  • Answering client requests via support tickets
  • Answering client requests via chat systems
  • Reacting to server monitoring alerts to fix minor issues, or escalate more complex issues
  • All forms of support are offered in English only.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20 per weekPay: $13.75-$15.00 per hourBenefits:
