This position works within the Indigenous Complex Care Housing and supports the 10 residents engaging in the Program. The Indigenous Complex Care Housing Support Staff will deliver high quality, resident focused programs across the continuum of community services and liaise with local community support and other service providers. Staff will be on site 24/7 and will provide a safe and comfortable home for qualifying individuals. The Program will aim to fill the gap in services for Indigenous people who are not adequately supported through the traditional supportive housing model.The program welcomes adult females or males ages 19 and over living with mental health issues, substance use and/or concurrent health conditions, who are experiencing impacts to their daily functioning, and overall health and experiencing houselessness or who are precariously housed.Qualifications:
