Job Description

Position Specifics:

  • Department: Sales.
  • Reports to: Regional Sales Manager.
Purpose:As a Junior Sales Associates (JSA’s) you will be part of the sales team business and your role will be to interact with the customers helping to ensure a high level of customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Initiating & maintaining customer relationships.
  • You will help customers meet their needs and participate in all aspects of customer service.
  • Proposing & quoting equipment, used equipment evaluations, and deal completion.
  • Equipment delivery, customer follow-up, customer events, etc.
  • Promoting all monthly dealership promotions.
  • Promoting and explaining the use of MyDealer.
  • Assisting with Parts transfers, both store to store as well as dealer to dealer.
  • Taking parts orders from the customer.
  • Calling customers for direct marketing of any Parts/Service promotions that are currently being offered.
  • Informing our customers of upcoming Aftermarket promotions, in keeping with our marketing calendar.
  • Working with customers verifying & ensuring the accuracy of customer equipment lists.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
  • Farming background is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
