Experience performing macroscopic and microscopic urinalysis testing. Strong Phlebotomy skills. Proven interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are required. Excellent public relations and a service-oriented manner are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with patients/clients, families, staff, interdisciplinary team members and personnel from other departments in a fast-paced and changing environment. Proven analytic and problem solving skills, attention to detail, logical/methodical work habits and demonstrated ability to work independently are required. Candidate must be well organized and flexible. Must be able to represent Laboratory Medicine in a respectful, professional and courteous manner.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the past two years: Meditech LIS experience and knowledge.
