Job Description

The Touchwood Agency Tribal Council requires an energetic, motivated individual provide senior administrative support to the agency health department.In this role you will ensuring that an effective form of communication and liaison system is in place for the health program, and make certain that this information is made available to the respective community as directed by the Health Development Manager.ResponsibilitiesThe Health Administrator reports to the Health Development Manager and is responsible for:The effective coordination, liaison and communication to support the work of the health department program delivery.

  • Schedule meetings and arranger for needs.
  • Preparing and circulating of meeting packages in a timely manner.
* Providing notification of meeting to all attendees as required.
  • Assisting in communication of information through identified avenues.
  • Recording all meeting minutes.
General office coordination.Assist in compiling report information, writing the report, and submission as directed.As the Health Department Assistive Assistant, you will also maintain a consistent proper record and data system.Adopting a filing system for all documentation and correspondence.Ensuring all minutes are properly typed and kept up to date.Proper distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.I this role you will also be self-motivated and competent reliable person who will perform and carry out program duties. Other associated duties will be:Reception responsibilities.Good public relations.Ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.Make recommendations for reporting system of staff logging for accountability.Submit resume and three(3) current professional references.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Punnichy, SK S0A3C0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
  • office and program support: 2 years (preferred)
  • computer usage: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 25% (preferred)
