You work both in-field and in-shop requiring very little direction, as a Journeyperson, you share your knowledge by mentoring others. For you to be successful in this role you:

• Most importantly, you understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers.

For you to be selected for an interview you have:

• Completed a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic or similar. John Deere certified a strong asset.
• Consideration may be given to 3rd or 4th level apprentices.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing diagnostics and service repairs.
• Computer skills required, Service Advisor an asset.
• Physically capable to perform the job, with the ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver #39;s license required.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
