Job Description

South Country Equipment is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our team. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the shipping and receiving of equipment and parts. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.Location: Raymore, SKApply By: April 17, 2024**This is a 7-month temporary opportunity with the opportunity to become permanent**Duties include:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of orders
  • Inspect and record any damages or discrepancies
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated areas
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment
  • Create shipping labels and documentation
  • Coordinate with carriers for timely delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who:
  • Is comfortable operating forklifts and other equipment
  • Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Is able to lift heavy objects
  • Has basic computer skills
