Ignite a meaningful career at Westerner Park where boundless opportunities, growth, and fulfillment await YOU.Westerner Park is seeking a Ticketing Office Assistant summer student to join our team as part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Support box office operations by understanding the box office process and being able to support in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Event Venue Manager
  • Provide administrative support where required
  • Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide supervision over Entertainment Agents during major events
  • Assist with planning and building tracking documents for major events
  • Provide on-site support during major and minor events
  • Assist with ticket scanning during times where additional support is required

  • Attending a business related post secondary program, is an asset
  • Related experience is an asset
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite
