• Provide Customized Solutions: As you get to know our variety of insurance products (accident, sickness, life, etc.), you #39;ll guide clients through their choices and clarify policies in simple terms.
• Sell with Integrity: We design our sales process to build on trust and openness, rather than aggressive closing. Your responsibility will be making customers feel positive about their purchasing decisions.
• Problem-Solve: If a customer has questions or needs help with their coverage, you’ll be their go-to person for quick and helpful solutions.
• Meet Your Goals: You’ll have clear sales targets, but you’ll also have a team that’s there to help you reach them.
