Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients by phone, email, and online meetings. Be our brand representative and establish long-term, meaningful relationships.
  • Customized Solutions: Recognize customers #39; needs and provide products/services that suit their business objectives.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Own it from lead generation through to closing sales.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure clients have an amazing experience.
  • Meet Targets: Work hard to surpass sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but we #39;re willing to consider motivated individuals who are passionate and willing to learn and develop.
  • Licensed Preferred, But Not Necessary: While it #39;s nice to have an insurance license, it #39;s not a requirement to apply. If you #39;re not yet licensed, we #39;ll assist you through the process and assist you in getting certified.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
