Job Description

Advantage Co-operative is hiring an Agro Clerk to complement our Redvers office in Redvers, Saskatchewan.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service, and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
  • Maintain knowledge current industry products, best practices and trends.
  • Engage and interact with members to create a positive experience in person, on the phone and at the point of sale.
  • Responsible for unloading and loading Chemical, Seed and Fertilizer.
  • Responsible for coordinating and delivering products to grower members.
  • Yard maintenance, including snow removal, lawn mowing, and spraying.
  • All other duties assigned.

  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • A class 1A, 3 or G endorsement is required, or must be willing to acquire immediately.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work extended hours during peak seasons with an on-call schedule.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production with minimal amount of supervision.
