Job Description

Advantage Co-operative is hiring a Sales Manager to complement our Redvers office in Redvers, Saskatchewan.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service, and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
  • Be accountable for sales and marketing of Ag and Farm Supply products including seed, fertilizer, ag equipment, propane and fuel.
  • Introduce and recommend all other products and services we offer to support our members.
  • Build a network and develop relationships.
  • Assist the management with the development of a yearly forecast and marketing plan.
  • Work with business and sales Agronomist to provide agronomic services to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with operation staff to ensure timely product delivery and allocation.
  • Other duties assigned

  • You have a post secondary education and 3-5 years of progressive and successful sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agronomy is considered an asset.
  • You are able to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
