This role takes the lead to organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas. As experience and knowledge increases, there may be opportunities that include sales on the Parts counter.For you to be successful in this role you:

• Are meticulously organized, tidy and detail-oriented being proud of the high-quality work you do with little to no errors.
• Like the challenge of problem solving with a mind for numbers.
• Physically capable to carry items weighing up to 75 lbs, lifting, bending, crouching, and climbing.
• Know serving customers is a team effort and you enjoy being part of a team.

The above success characteristics are most important but to hit the ground running, you also have:

• Parts and machinery knowledge, John Deere agriculture a very strong asset.
• Previous warehouse experience especially dealing with agriculture parts, heavy equipment or automotive parts.
• Experience with John Deere computer applications
• Driver #39;s license required.
• Willing to live within 50 kms of the location.
