Solution Architect ERP Company: Our ClientLocation: Regina, SK (Onsite)Engagement Period: October 2024 - March 31, 2025 (with possible extension)Position Type: Full Time, 40 hours a weekBusiness Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CSTOur client is seeking a Solution Architect ERP, with a broad-based background of technical experience and deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. As the cloud first organization, our client utilizes a leverage, buy, build approach to securing new business capabilities with a focus on configuration over customization.These solutions may include systems, applications, infrastructure, or processes, and may involve the enterprise and integration of a wide variety of products, services, and technologies. The Solution Architect ERP position requires extensive knowledge of systems, architectures, systems management, networking, network computing and application design techniques, different platform implementations and should be able to identify, evaluate and select the elements of the solution which best meet the business needs of the client organization.The Solution Architect apply extensive knowledge to products, technologies, services, and methodologies in response to business needs. The skills required of all Solution Architects are broad and come from all the technical disciplines in which IT Architects are directly involved. Also required are effective communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence in delivering customer focused experiences.RequirementsSolution Architects are engaged in enterprise design and/or development for transforming client requirements and process models into plans, process IT solutions, which include hardware, software, network, and data specifications. Activities include technical planning, solution assessment, reviews, development of architecture, and modification of specifications for application solution components. Typical activities in this role include but not limited to:

• Designing comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards;
• Engaging in solution evaluations, providing recommendations for technology procurement, including RFSQ and RFP processes;
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring solutions are implemented as intended;
• Developing proof of concepts with a focus on achieving business outcomes;
• Ensuring the successful and sustainable delivery of solutions and services into operations;
• Contributing to architecture committees and the ongoing enhancement of architectural practices;
• Collaborating with project teams to develop conceptual and detailed architecture designs, providing the necessary guidance across business, information, application, and technical perspectives;
• Identifying technical risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

The proposed Solution Architect resource candidate must have the following skills and experience listed below:

• At minimum, 4 years experience in a Solution Architect role related to an implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud. Indicate all projects that fit this experience along with relevant ERP modules,
• Architecture experience with digital transformation initiatives that leverage Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and integration to/from modern enterprise systems to ERP Systems,
• Experience working within a governance framework for change, project and information management.

The proposed Solution Architect resource candidate will preferably have the following skills and experience listed below:

• Expert level communicator (ability to communicate and present effectively, create effective tailored content);
• Experience working closely with the business to guide them from start to finish through the solutioning process and into final delivery;
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that enable an organization to achieve its digital transformation goals;
• Experience with custom and/or Out of the Box connectors;
• Experience with Primavera Cloud and Primavera Unifier;
• Experience migrating from Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to Oracle Fusion Cloud;
• Canadian federal, provincial, municipal government or similar work;
• Experience with architectural methodologies and documentation;
• Education: bachelor’s degree, certifications or equivalent experience.

Other Requirement

• Candidate must be able to work and be located full-time on site at our client Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
