Job Description

Job Title: Psychologist Regina, Saskatchewan Employer: Neobridge Healthcare Serving a Federal Client Location: Regina, SK (on-site at federal client facility) Position Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Contract]About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychologist to provide on-site psychological services to a federal client in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role is integral to supporting the mental health, operational readiness, and resilience of personnel through direct clinical care, assessments, and preventative programs. The Psychologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary health team, delivering specialized services that directly impact individual well-being and organizational performance.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments addressing fitness for duty, disability management, and performance-related concerns.
  • Provide psychological debriefings for specialized sections and deployments.
  • Perform psychological screening assessments for experienced officer applicants.
  • Support the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) program and provide/oversee critical incident interventions.
  • Develop and deliver preventative health programs in collaboration with health services teams.
  • Provide psychological care and support to cadets as needed.
  • Maintain secure, confidential, and compliant clinical records.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports, summaries, and recommendations as required by the contract.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in Canada.
  • Minimum two (3) years of experience conducting psychological assessments, counselling, and interventions for adults in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and interpreting standardized psychological instruments, including the MMPI-2-RF or MMPI-3.
  • Strong background in psychological assessment, intervention, and program development.
  • Familiarity with ethical standards, privacy legislation, and federal policy requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance at the required level.
