The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between the front office and production floor. We are seeking individuals with firsthand administrative experience in the automotive sector, familiarity with estimating software, a strong grasp of autobody repair procedures and insurance policies, and exceptional customer service skills. This role is instrumental in maintaining positive relationships with our client #39;s vendors and insurance damage appraisers/adjusters. The Auto Body Production Office Administrator will report to our client #39;s Auto Body Manager.Job Duties:Balance repair orders, match invoices to estimates, and ensure repair completion, focusing on the bottom line.Attach necessary documentation and submit for final sheet processing.Generate purchase orders and coordinate sublet work, entering sublet invoices into the system with markup application.Schedule return work for stone tape, missing parts, comebacks, etc.Verify supplement approvals and rejections, collaborating with damage appraisers for necessary supplemental repairs.Work with insurance adjusters to review and extend rental provisions.Assist in keeping work orders current and updating Auto Scheduler.Address customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve any issues.Job Requirements:Experience in a similar or related position is a significant asset.Experience in a front-end automotive role is highly advantageous.Core experience in administrative job functions is required.Advanced computer knowledge is essential.Exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Experience with estimation software is preferred.While we appreciate all applicants, only candidates with sufficient relevant experience will be contacted for further interviews.
