Community.Duties:Ensure tenant satisfaction through good customer service and responsiveness.Operate building systems: mechanical, electrical, and automation.Ensure completion of repairs and planned maintenance, both interior/exterior. Ensure overall security of the building.Monitor and maintain positive relationships with contractors and tenants.Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Assist property manager(s) to achieve all organizational objectives.Requirements:Team leader with strong customer service and collaboration skills.Willingness to advance knowledge and experience.Flexibility in taking on various duties and work, on a rotational basis, on call.Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.Ability to understand, communicate and ensure compliance with Health and Safety practices.Experience with HVAC equipment and Building/Facility Automation Systems.Proven relevant mechanical/electrical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills.Computer literacy and experience using digital devices.Education in engineering, building operations, construction/carpentry or equivalent combination of education and experience is an asset.Building Systems Maintenance Technician or Systems Maintenance Administrator is an asset.A valid 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate of Competency is an asset.Valid drivers license required.Fireman boiler operator is required.
