We are seeking a CADD Programmer / Draftsperson to join our REGINA teamRequired competencies:Utilize Nesting Software to Program CNC equipment such as: C02/ Fiber Lasers and Plasma-Combo Drill/ Mill table.Experience with Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Countersinking, Counterboring, Plasma Beveling an asset but not requiredPrepare shop drawings utilizing 2D and 3D design for forming, rolling, and profile cutting. (Currently using AutoCADDamp; Inventor)Reverse engineer parts and prepare geometric layout of design using proper software.Generate work-orders and track material usageCADD experienceSteel processing experience is a definite asset (not a must)Personable, reliable, pleasant and customer focusedComplete knowledge of MS Office products (word, excel, outlook, etc.)Mathematically inclinedStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time managementStrong communication skills both verbally and writtenBe a team player with the willingness to assist other departments when neededBe committed to self-development and continuing growth of knowledgeAbility to multitask and think of alternate solutions or courses of actionMust be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionThe successful candidate will be:Self-motivated, results oriented individual.Enthusiastic, with a can-do, service focus.Friendly, approachable, accommodating, and resourceful.Team player with the ability to work closely with others within the organization.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent oral communication skills are a must.Hi-Tec Profiles values diversity, integrity, transparency and ambition.
