  • Recent experience in project management of Real Property projects.
  • Recent experience in the planning and design of Real Property projects.
  • Recent experience in reviewing plans and specifications for Real Property projects prepared by consulting architects and engineers.
Experience in providing advice to clientsExperience in preparing scope of work, developing work plans, and prioritizing projects.
  • Recent experience is defined as a minimum of five (5) years of Canadian experience within the last ten (10) years.
