The Hotel Manager ensures the hotels objectives are met and maintained at all times through maximizing occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.Responsibilities:Level Operational

  • Makes key decisions and oversees execution, removing obstacles to success and ensures appropriate resources are available to achieve business results.
  • Analyzes business results and works with the leadership team to develop effective strategies to address needs.
  • Functions as the second strategic leader of the hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance and sales and revenue generation.
People
  • Maximizes the effectiveness of Heads of Department by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
  • Oversee hotel operations to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests to enjoy and where associates can excel.
  • Encourages employees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.
Financial
  • Keep a pulse on operational and financial performance. Actively participate in the budget process, and accurately forecast for optimal staff and supply levels, maximum flow-through,and exceptional guest experience.
  • Reviews in conjunction with the General Manager and Department Heads all budget and forecasts relating to all activities of the hotel and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
Requirements:
  • Professional in administrative careers, hotel and tourism
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in big names hotels as hotel manager in Egypt. from 10 to 15 years experience in total.
  • Advanced English
  • Availability to work in Egypt.
  • Preferably German speakers.
