The position is a fulltime position Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.We will also consider candidates seeking a part-time position Monday to Friday 10 AM to 2PM.Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to quickly assess client needs and speak English clearly and concisely.A professional presentation is key as the receptionist meetsamp; greets clients, visitors, guests, vendors, delivery peopleamp; potential employees and in doing so creates the opportunity to make an excellent first impression on behalf of our firm.Solid interpersonal skills along with competencies in Microsoft Office Suite are a must as well as former receptionist and administrative experience in a professional office setting. The Receptionist position acts as the central hub of communication for the firm #39;s Operations team so the ability to handle a multitude of varied tasks, in an efficient and timely manner, is important for overall success.
