Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Network Analyst to join the Enterprise Networks team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the operational administration and implementation of LAN/WAN infrastructure, supporting both corporate and SCADA networks. This individual will work with the team to configure and implement network infrastructure while adhering to industry and security best practices.THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO WORK AND BE LOCATED FULL TIME ON-SITE IN REGINA, SKTypical Duties:1. Administer, implement, troubleshoot, and document the enterprise network, ensuring its smooth operation and documentation2. Develop plans for network device development, aligning them with present and future requirements and industry standards3. Provide expert technical support, administration, and engineering for all network devices, ensuring optimal functionality4. Monitor, fine-tune performance, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly to maintain high system availability5. Oversee network disaster recovery, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and rigorous testing6. Interact with corporate and field employees, addressing technology issues promptly and escalating when necessary7. Implement network equipment patches using established company processes to maintain security and functionality8. Uphold systems integrity through effective change control, problem management procedures, and regular communication with internal stakeholders9. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, certifications, and industry trends to ensure a high level of expertise and adaptability10. Contribute to departmental objectives by organizing, monitoring work processes, and collaborating with team members effectively11. Ensure compliance by following Standard Operating Procedures while executing role responsibilities12. Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, offering insights and expertise13. Collaborate with diverse teams to establish scalable and adaptable network solutions14.
