This includes;- Main contact with our contracted kitchen operator (El Tropezon)- Manage taproom staff- Manage all taproom operations and processes, including but not limited to, - event planning - staff trainingamp; scheduling - manage 3rd party suppliers/contractors - inventory mgmt - point of saleamp; cash mgmt - retail displays for beeramp; merch - marketingamp; social mediaAdditionally, as part of the Rebellion management team, you will be involved in the overall planning and strategic direction of the company. Strategic planning, business development and creative skills would be an asset in this regard.While some of the above skills would be beneficial, we dont expect you to possess ALL of these skills.Rebellion has a culture that thrives on personal growth, self initiative, and learning opportunities in a trusted team environment.
