This includes;- Main contact with our contracted kitchen operator (El Tropezon)- Manage taproom staff- Manage all taproom operations and processes, including but not limited to, - event planning - staff trainingamp; scheduling - manage 3rd party suppliers/contractors - inventory mgmt - point of saleamp; cash mgmt - retail displays for beeramp; merch - marketingamp; social mediaAdditionally, as part of the Rebellion management team, you will be involved in the overall planning and strategic direction of the company. Strategic planning, business development and creative skills would be an asset in this regard.While some of the above skills would be beneficial, we dont expect you to possess ALL of these skills.Rebellion has a culture that thrives on personal growth, self initiative, and learning opportunities in a trusted team environment. We are looking for someone eager and capable to eventually LEARN all of these skills.The successful candidate will need to:- have a flexible work schedule (some evening and weekend work is required)- provide proof of a full, unrestricted drivers license (with abstract)- provide a Criminal Record Check- complete the Saskatchewan Serve It Right certification within 30 days of employment, or provide proof of previous completion.
