POSITIONWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our evolving team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in managing operations within a structured environment. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations, working in conjunction with the Sales team to assist and support them with a variety of operational tasks. The Operations Manager is the key liaison between other departments - ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource utilization, and project execution. The Operations Manager should be a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. This individual should be able to multi-task, think strategically, be proactive, and take initiative to ensure the success of all projects. This position will primarily take place in our office; however, there may be requirements to work offsite at event job sites or client meetings as necessary.OBJECTIVE To successfully oversee and manage the Operations department including the coordination and completion of key client projects ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time and as quoted. DUTIES
