Your Opportunity:As a Seniors’ Health Instructor – Clinical Educator in a regionalized department you will be responsible for providing education to staff in Central Zone. Your responsibilities will be to develop, coordinate, facilitate, and deliver education as required. You will partner with clinical educators from other portfolios and other health care professionals to develop and facilitate clinical education that expands across portfolios. Travel is required to multiple sites within the zone. Please note, this facility provides Long Term Care (LTC) or Designated Supportive Living (DSL) services and by Order of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, many AHS employees are restricted to work only at a single LTC/DSL site for the remainder of the pandemic.
