Job Description

In Situ Archaeology, located in the heart of Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a dynamic individual to take on an Administrative Assistant role, to further support the growing needs of our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with some or all of the following:

  • Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Google docs, One Drive, Adobe
  • Accounts Receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping
  • Client relations
  • Scheduling
  • Project Coordination
  • Electronic Filing
