The Grind is hiring! We are looking for a part-time person, 2-4 days a week. The position would either start with cash/customer service duties, or food preparation, depending on the interest and skills of the candidate. The job can evolve into a full-time position as well, if that is what is preferred. Candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day. We look forward to meeting you!The Grind is Rossland’s favourite coffee shop and eatery, centrally located across from the post office in our picturesque mountain town. We serve locally roasted Oso Negro coffee and espresso drinks, fresh-baked muffins, scones, cinnamon buns, squares, loaves and more. Gluten-free baked goods are also made in-house.
