The Josie Hotel is hiring for its winter season!You seek perfection, a craving for cleanliness, and a true understanding of the meaning of comfort. Willingness to work hard is required, ability to work within a team and have FUN!Full time staff are eligible for a Red Mountain ski passResponsibilities Include: · Keeping an Eye on the Details – Ensure each guest room is cleaned and organized in accordance with standard; Provide personalized service based on guest preferences· Ensuring Professional Service – Acknowledge guests in a friendly, personal, and professional manner· Being a Team Player - Work positively alongside co-workers to coordinate a memorable hotel experience for all guests· Setting Up Your Area for Success – Ensure housekeeping areas are stocked with the supplies necessary to accommodate the arrivals and departures each day· Learn, Develop & Grow! - Participate in training opportunities to develop housekeeping knowledge, and further your career!Job Requirements: · Ability to work within a team and support a team· Truly cares about guest experience· Thrives on sharing their personal local experiences with our guests and not afraid to make recommendations· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment· Strong communication skills· Willingness to learn, develop & grow· Superb focus and attention to detail· Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry housekeeping items, and push/pull housekeeping cartsHours will vary based on business volumes, must be able to work a variety of shifts and days and weekends.About UsThe Josie, a Noble House Hotel, is the first ski-in/ski-out boutique hotel built in Canada in over a decade.
