Job Description

Red Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for a Vehicle Maintenance Person or Journeyman Mechanic. This is an 8-month, seasonal position with the possibility of an extension.The successful candidate for this position must be mechanically inclined and have experience in different aspects of vehicle equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance and repair.Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 4 years’ experience in vehicle equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance and repair.
  • Must have experience as a heavy-duty mechanic and heavy equipment operation.
  • Small engine and off-road vehicle experience are considered an asset.
  • Millwright and lift maintenance experience are also considered assets.
  • Requires a good understanding of Red Resort and the various services provided.
  • Must enjoy working with a team and able to deal pleasantly with the pressures of a busy environment.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.
