  • Person who assesses adaptation difficulties and adaptive abilities.
  • He/she determines an intervention plan and ensures its implementation.
  • He/she re-establishes and develops the adaptive capacities of the person and contributes to the development of environmental conditions with the goal of promoting the optimal adaptation of the human being in interaction with its environment.
  • He/she designs, implements, updates, analyses and evaluates programs aimed at furthering the psychosocial rehabilitation of the service users.
Additional information :Work schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.May work from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. occasionally depending on department needs.Home port: CLSC Pierrefonds.Requirements :
  • Must be a member of l'ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec;
  • Experience with children 0-5 years (an asset);
  • Must have a valid driving license and a car to travel;
  • Capacity to communicate easily, both orally and in writing, in French and English.
