  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent education/or training.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in an office or professional environment. Preference may be given for more than 6 months experience.
  • Experience typing, formatting, and proofreading documents and using desktop tools such as Word, Excel and the Internet.
  • Experience responding to routine verbal and written inquiries from the public.
  • Experience using MS Outlook to manage Executive calendars and schedule meetings.
Preference may be given to applicants with the following:
  • Experience supporting financial transactions, such as petty cash/ credit card transactions.
  • Experience scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
Candidates must be able and willing to:
  • Work on-call and extended hours during emergency activations.
