Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys working with a team Want to work in a positive, upbeat environment Were looking for you to join our team!Legion Manor Victoria, an Independent and Assisted Living community for seniors in Central Saanich is looking for a dynamic Dishwasher to join our wonderful team.The work hours are 10:30-6:30/7 (Sunday - Wednesday) with lunch provided for free. We provide Full employer paid benefits after probationary period* BONUS - Because you will be working in Healthcare, you will get extra Bonus Pay per hour on top of your hourly wage.Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
  • Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
  • Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
  • Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
  • Clean food prep stations and equipment.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
