The Marigold Cafe is a new, busy cafe in Saanichton.We are looking for a morning kitchen prep cook/all-rounder who enjoys working in a fast-paced & fun environment.Part-time: ~2'0hrs (3 days a week).Job will include: Making sandwiches, soups, & baking; as well as, dishwashing, bussing tables, and assisting baristas in general cafe cleanliness throughout the day.The successful candidate will be responsible for completing morning kitchen prep, opening the cafe, prepping food as needed & supporting baristas throughout the day.Red Seal Chef with 20yrs experience will provide job training and cooking instruction to the successful candidate.Starting wage will be based on cooking experience.Qualifications: Food Safe Level 1 or above, at least 2 years commercial cooking experience, friendly/outgoing personality, ability to multitask and work efficiently on your own and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $15.20-$17.00 per hourAdditional pay:
