Job description: Ascent Yard Care provides tree, hedge and garden service to the Saanich Peninsula and beyond. We are a team of three and growing.We spend 8 hours on a different property each day. We make the biggest effect possible within those 8 hours by doing skillful work at a fast pace.This requires Strong Performance

If you can show up to work at 7:25am each day and provide strong performance then this job is for you.Everyone starts at $21 an hour. When you are proficient in pruning methods, can back up a big trailer and haul brush like an animal you will be paid $26 an hour.Experience is preferred but not necessary. The better worker you are, the more you will be paid.Schedule: Starting with Wednesday - Friday. Shifts range from 7-9 hrs.
