Job Description

CARE PROVIDER –Reports to: HomeownerBASIC PURPOSEAs Care Provider, you play an important role for your client. You are responsible for the care of a female individual with Parkinson’s Disease and early on-set dementia.In this role, you:

  • Provide personal care and companionship
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Grocery shopping
  • Taking client to appointments
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Assist in regular exercise, i.e.: light walks
