Job Description

Corporate Couriers is the premier courier company, proudly serving our customers in British Columbia for the past 30 years. With a fleet of over 800 drivers and bicycle couriers, we are the largest same-day courier and offer a wide range of services that includes warehousing and distribution services, same-day delivery, fleet outsourcing, intercity, and medical delivery. We have created a fully integrated delivery system that utilizes the most advanced dispatch software, and bar-code scanning systems. We are seeking an organized, self motivated, Return to Station Attendants (RTS) in Warehouse to join our Sorting team in Victoria, B.C.! You are a natural leader; teammates look to you for support and guidance. Full time Shifts: Sunday – Saturday (7days a week) – 03:30pm to 09:30pm If this sounds like you, here is what you can expect at Corporate Courier Logistics Ltd: Job Responsibility:

  • Checking in drivers as they return to station;
  • Scanning return packages, securing equipment, and create reports on daily basis;
  • Debriefs Drivers Return Packages, and scans them appropriately into a Return Log;
  • Organizes the Return packages for the Loadout in Nanaimo the following morning;
  • Completes RTS Time update on Daily Driver List;
  • Completes Daily Report via Email on all reconciled return packages;
  • Completes Daily Post Trips on all Vehicles Dispatched in Nanaimo;
  • Reconciles and stores all equipment dispatched to Drivers, Van Keys, Delivery Devices, Etc;
  • Escalate special cases/concerns to the Operations Coordinator, or RM;
  • Completes a Daily Check list of Tasks;
  • Maintain a clean and COVID friendly, safe work environment;
  • Ensures the Vehicles and Building is left Locked and Alarmed;
  • such further duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications
    • Permanent position (full-time & part-time both available)
