IT Procurement AnalystDrive strategic IT procurement in the mining industry, supporting major IS amp;T projects in Saguenay and Kennecott. This bilingual role (English and French) blends sourcing, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management in a dynamic, hybrid work environment with up to 3 days on-site per week.What is in it for you:• Salaried: $85-90 per hour.• Incorporated Business Rate: $100-105 per hour.• 7-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Hybrid work: 3 days per week at the office.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Support IS amp;T procurement projects for Saguenay and Kennecott operations (50/50 focus).• Align local procurement strategies with global IT sourcing objectives.• Lead or assist with RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking, and internal cost analyses.• Analyze business requirements and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.• Manage supplier relationships and contribute to procurement planning and budget analysis.• Handle competing priorities and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.What you will need to succeed:• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with a focus on IT projects.• Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams in both Saguenay and broader national or global contexts.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
