The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ISAAC’s digital marketing channel and its performance. This role requires a high level of cross-functional interacting with content, branding, graphic design, as well as digital marketing & paid media vendors in order to launch successful lead generation campaigns that drive customers through the journey of discovery, education and, ultimately, conversion.Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute different tactical digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, promote engagement and ensure optimal brand recognition, including SEOs/SEM, paid media (text, banner and video ad campaigns on Google, social media, etc.), email marketing, etc.
  • Develop and execute ABM digital strategies to hit target account engagement, as well as sales and corporate goals
  • Partner with trade publications and industry associations on paid media campaigns, maintain consistent brand messaging and accurately represent ISAAC’s offerings
  • Own the marketing automation and email marketing strategy and work with the with Product Marketing and Sales on setting up the triggers, journeys, and audience segmentation for prospects and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter and Graphic Designer on written and visual content to support all digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, print ads, promotional banners, video ads, etc.
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce exciting campaigns, evaluate creative effectiveness, and drive constant improvement and optimization of all campaigns
  • Proactively work with Marketing Operations to optimize the website to improve conversion rate and accelerate pipeline creation
  • Set up the attribution model and measurement for the multi-channel marketing activities
  • Monitor, report and recommend modifications or new tactics based on marketing analytics
  • Conduct regular digital and competitive audits to assess and monitor competitive performance and benchmark versus company performance
  • Manage the digital and print marketing budget, optimizing spending through analytics-driven decision making and strategic discipline
  • Identify trends and opportunities to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, and search and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Remain abreast of digital marketing best practices, social media trends, changes in algorithms, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or web analytics or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience driving customer acquisition through digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Experience working across all digital channels including paid social and paid search prospecting and retargeting platforms, SEM, affiliates, email, and SEO.
  • Solid understanding of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Bilingual and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously
Assets
  • Prior experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • B2B experience and transportation knowledge
