In addition to conveying cargo in line with top tier industry standards, RST also provides emergency response and training services throughout Atlantic Canada.RST is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Administration Specialist. The successful applicant should be able to work independently and able to drive change within the operation as well as identify and implement improvements that support the operation. The areas of responsibility include Pricing, Billing, OTC as well Officeamp; System Administration. Responsibilities: Responsible for the develop and support RST’s inventory management process as it relates in cab technology Responsible for process improvement and project management within the Administration and Analytics team Work closely with Business Systems Analyst for testing and validation of key operating systems Develop and maintain SOPs for the Administration and Analytics team Primary support for billing, pricing and other administration activities Responsible for developing and managing system administration processes for several key operating systems Continuously look for ways to drive improvement within their functional area as well as the larger organization Support day to day functions of the Administration team Qualifications: Demonstrates high attention to detail Ability to multitask and pivot from one initiative to the next Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter Experience in Transportationamp; Logistics Industry would be considered an asset Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement strategy certification considered an asset.
