We are committed to supporting our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades as they navigate their apprenticeship blocks. We offer Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan for all Apprentices! Level Bonuses:
  • Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
  • Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
Salary Top-Up Plan:
  • Receive support to ease your financial burdens during each apprenticeship block
  • Salary Top-Up Plan, provides a percentage of previous hourly rate while off work attending your block
