Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality application solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Create technical documentation including architectural designs, diagrams, and guidelines
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions and provide guidance to development teams
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the application solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application architecture practices
  • Participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and support
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Application Solutions Architect or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of application development and architecture principles
  • Proficiency in designing scalable and reliable solutions
  • Experience with cloud technologies and services
  • Knowledge of various programming languages and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Benefits
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
  • Location: Onsite in Saint John
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Date candidate required: Immediate
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
