Job Description

Commercial Lines Processor Huestis Insurance Group is looking for a Commercial Lines Processor to join our team. The right candidate will be guided by our core values of Service, Choice, and Advice. Huestis Insurance Group has been providing an extensive range of quality products for over 50 years and currently has offices throughout the Maritime provinces. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain Client files
  • Prepare policy renewal notices and recommend coverage increases or enhancements
  • Invoicing of new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellations
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
  • Must have a General Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
  • Experience in Commercial Lines would be an asset but not mandatory
  • Experience on Applied Epic would be an asset but not mandatory
  • Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be a fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • A positive and energetic attitude
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and comfortable with technology
  • Works well in a team environment
