Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES SHARED SERVICES MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGERThis role provides leadership to HR Client Services, HCM Administration and Benefits Management team and ensures delivery of services to all JDI businesses to meet or exceed customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive high performance and service excellence, coaching and developing team membersOwn processes and ensure Service Level Agreement and customer satisfaction surveys meet targets. Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve business results.Act as primary contact with all JDI businesses on service deliveryMaintain Services Offering catalog and 3 Year Road Map for HR Service Delivery including automation roadmapOwn Business Continuity Process including planning, documentation and trainingEnsure delivery of excellent benefits services including new employee enrollment, annual re-enrollment process, KPI’sOwnership of benefits education for JDI employees, best practice approaches, annual calendar and continuous improvementLiaison with other JDI functions as required to support service delivery (Payroll, Finance, etc.)External benchmarking to support improvement of all ownership areas Educationamp; SkillsPost secondary education5+ Years experience in leadership rolesStrong daily management and process management skills, ability to effectively manage operationsStrong communication skillsExperience with task automation an assetCustomer focused with a strong sense of urgency, able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in leading service organization an asset What We Offer:Working in a team-based environment we help you achieve your goals through challenging work, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
