HUMAN RESOURCES SHARED SERVICES MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGERThis role provides leadership to HR Client Services, HCM Administration and Benefits Management team and ensures delivery of services to all JDI businesses to meet or exceed customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive high performance and service excellence, coaching and developing team membersOwn processes and ensure Service Level Agreement and customer satisfaction surveys meet targets.
