Job Description

Description:We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Financial Analyst at our head office location inSaint John, New Brunswick.Responsibilities:

Build partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders to assist with problem solving, analysis, and business improvement
Complex financial modelling of business problems and opportunities
Presentation of findings and specific recommendations to operations and management
Operational and Financial KPI development and implementation
Analytical support for capital projects and initiatives
Provide leadership, training, coaching and development

Requirements:

Undergraduate / Bachelor in Business Degree
Professional Accounting / Finance designation (CPA, CFA or equivalent)
10 years post qualifying experience in progressive accounting or financial analysis-based positions
Experience working across complex businesses driving business improvement
Direct supervisory or people management experience
Executive presence and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and team building skills
Self-starter and results orientated with tight deadlines
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office are an asset
Sense of urgency and ability to execute at a fast pace
High energy
Curiosity
Ability to energize, motivate and inspire others
Ability to identify and coach talent to accelerate careers
