Job Description

Overview: The Siebel Integrations Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for the Siebel platform, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. The role involves ensuring that the Siebel system integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems while optimizing the performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platform. The ideal candidate will be a high-level technical expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing integrations with minimal supervision and providing guidance to other team members.Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of integration solutions involving Siebel CRM and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Integration Implementation: Develop integration strategies and solutions utilizing middleware, APIs, and other technologies to ensure seamless data flow between Siebel and external systems such as Oracle, OSM, AIA, and IPAG.
  • Customization and Enhancements: Provide technical expertise in Siebel product customization, enhancements, and configuration to support enterprise order management, billing, and provisioning systems.
  • System Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions to improve efficiency and performance of Siebel integrations.
  • Integration Development: Develop technical specifications and integrate Siebel with other platforms using industry best practices, ensuring proper data transformation, data consistency, and performance.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a lead or supervisor to junior team members and technical staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support in integration projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and IT operations teams to ensure integration solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • System Migration: Lead the integration efforts during system migrations, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring tools and frameworks to proactively detect and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless operations.
RequirementsTechnical Experience and Knowledge Required:
  • Strong experience with Siebel CRM architecture, integration patterns, and tools.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Utilities, OSM (Order and Service Management), and AIA (Application Integration Architecture).
  • Expertise in Enterprise Order Management (EOM) and Business Customer Order Management (BCOM) platforms.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, GitLab, Selenium, and IBM TSV for functional testing and deployment.
  • Experience with release management using Urban Code Deploy and Oracle Utilities Source Management.
  • Strong understanding of middleware and API management tools for integrations.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud-based integration platforms like GCP.
General Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guide the development of integration projects.
  • Experience leading teams or projects, and ability to make high-level technical decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and performance impacts related to integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress and challenges.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to resolving integration issues and recommending improvements.
Benefits
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 40 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
