Responsibilities include:

  • Work on a project team to implement new service order management system
  • Administering the service order management system long term which includes developingamp; maintaining workflows, forms, reports, and user profiles
  • Working with the service providers to ensure high availability of the system and that upgradesamp; bug fixes are deployed on-time for the SaaS-based system
  • Action service desk tickets that are specific to service order management system
The ideal candidate possesses:
  • A bachelor #39;s degree with 3+ years #39; experience in IT
  • Prior experience with SQL is a must
  • Experience using C#, Python, and JavaScript would be considered an asset
