Production Operator- Day shiftWe are a growing packaging and materials company based in Fredericton, NB, and Windsor, NS that offers its employees growth opportunities, technical experience, and work in the craft beverage (and yes, that includes beer!) industry.The Company:Craft Coast Canning Ltd. is a mobile craft beverage canning operation that services the Maritime craft beverage market. Our clients include prominent craft beer and cider producers in the region.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the craft beverage industry and servicing the needs of our clients. All employees are committed to the growth and support of the Maritime craft beverage industry.The Location:Craft Coast Canning Ltd. is based in Noonan, NB. Although part of our operation is based just outside Fredericton, we service the entire Maritimes. This position will be based primarily in Craft Coast Canning’s Fredericton, NB warehouse. This position is for our morning shift, which runs from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday- Friday.The Position:We are looking to expand our Labeling Operations team. This team is responsible for applying shrink sleeve labels to aluminum beverage cans and supporting the canning operations team. The work is fast-paced and can at times be repetitive. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the craft beverage industry and servicing the needs of our clients. We believe in teamwork, professionalism, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving in providing customer-first services to the industry we serve. • Able to handle work that can be physically demanding and repetitive.
• Solid teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing technical skills.
• Class 1 drivers license and forklift training are considered an asset.
