Job Description

Operations CoordinatorPermanent {dcrs_location}AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years!We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.A typical day

  • Acts as a referent and communicator with the production teams;
  • Participate in internal meetings, when required by his/her superior (Director of Operations);
  • Ensures that the delivery slips are validated by the customer;
  • Update daily the database listing the hours worked by employees and billing customers;
  • Ensure the follow-up of expense accounts;
  • Approve and manage hours worked in the payroll system;
  • Participates in periodic employee evaluations;
  • Remains attentive to employees and ensures the well-being of the team in order to promote mobilization and a sense of belonging;
  • Ensure communication between the employee, AAA Canada and our clients;
  • Participates and coordinate the integration of new employee in order to clarify their roles, their responsibilities to optimize ownership and accountability;
  • Work in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
  • You have a Bachelors degree, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent work experience;
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry or related to the above key assignments;
  • Ability to work in a team, to influence, mobilize and guide the various stakeholders;
  • Person with a sense of responsibility, aiming for quality and rigor in the execution of his work.
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and priority management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to evolve easily in a computerized environment
  • Basic Understanding of IT Infrastructure, network, databases, web applications, data integration.
  • Fluency in English, oral and written. (French, Spanish an asset)
