Job Description

Talent AcquisitionPermanent {dcrs_location}AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years!We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.A typical day

  • Complete the entire recruitment cycle for all positions to be filled;
  • Understanding our clients needs;
  • Identifying the qualifications and skills sought by our clients;
  • Searching for candidates via internal and external sources;
  • Recommendations and submissions of candidates to operations;
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews;
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings;
  • Participate in the hiring offer process;
  • Maintain professional relationships with candidates, active or inactive, in order to develop a lasting network of contacts;
  • Attend training sessions in his/her field of expertise and promote the development of his/her skills;
  • Represent AAA Canada in a professional manner at events and promote its growth;
  • Be involved in various activities and special projects related to human resources management and development.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • At least two (2) years experience in recruitment and placement;
  • Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is an important asset in our multilingual environment and our technical documentation.
  • Ability to move quickly and easily in a computerized environment;
  • Be autonomous, dynamic and willing to obtain concrete results in a short period of time.
